President Barack Obama

Washington, DC 20500

Dear President Obama,
I write to your good office at the commencement of a new year in our nation’s history with a sad heart, but with hope that you will heed my repeated petition for justice as a federal whistleblower and international public spokesperson for the airline grassroots safety and security advocacy group,  Whistleblowing Airline Employees Association International.
Based on information and evidence accumulated by our association through coordination and cooperation with member affiliate groups, I recently begged to differ publicly with the conclusions drawn by the 9/11 Commission in stating categorically that there were no Muslim terrorists specifically involved in the planning and execution of the horrific events of September 11, 2001.

Recognizing that this is a brash statement to make, I have been nonetheless convinced by the evidence at hand to state my case while bringing forth evidence and information to the prosecutor for the International Criminal Court (ICC) in the Hague, Netherlands.
Recalling that your Illinois senate office responded on two separate occasions to my petitions for assistance as a federal whistleblower in 2007 by recommending that I contact my home state of Georgia congressional representatives who have never responded with assistance, I have been offered no recourse but to seek legal redress by petitioning assistance from the International Criminal prosecutor since it is strongly felt by many that the allegations being leveled by our association will not be properly investigated by appropriate legal and political authorities within the conterminous United States.
I have personally done nothing wrong, but feel that my government has severely punished me in retaliation for my honesty as a federal whistleblower on numerous counts.  I was promised enhanced protection with a greater openness of government in 2008, but recognize that I must seek the openness with enhanced protection from governments abroad that are diplomatically friendly to the United States, but more sympathetic to my concerns and information, given the continued carnage in region of my present domicile.

It is a sad day for me as a patriotic citizen who once served with distinction as a naval officer/aviator and who took the same oath of office as many in government to support and defend the constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic, to seek political and physical refuge in foreign lands because I have spoken the truth.
It is an even sadder for me to see such acts of moral cowardice by the many that swore to the allegiance of our constitution but have abandoned and betrayed the honest citizens in the United States.  In essence, it is an act of treason.

Very respectfully,
