Welcome Aboard!

There are many airline, Federal Aviation Administration, andTransportation Security Administration employee whistle blowers who are stepping forth and speaking out in light of the election of President Obama and in consonance with his campaign promise of openness of government and enhanced protection for federal whistleblowers after the grueling eight years of Bush administration suppression.

For many years, Congress and the White House have chosen to ignore the concerns of whistle blowers from all segments of our great American society. A full 98% of whistle blower litigation that reaches the appellate level are tossed. This is totally unacceptable.

The much stronger language of HR 1507, the Whistleblower Protection Enhancement Act, would strongly enhance the protective provisions of the Whistleblower Protection Act and ensure jury trials for federal whistleblowers; the Senate version, S372, does not. Congress has of yet failed to respond.

Contact your representatives here and your Senators here. Urge them to move forward with this much needed legislation.

Now is the time for you to share your views and concerns with your fellow airline employees/retirees, and congressional leaders. This is no time for passivity and timidity on your part. Speak out now!

Kindly pass this blog site to all your fellow employees, family, friends, and neighbors!
